Funds held in your account (CAR, Resource Management Account) do not constitute deposits in financial institutions supervised by SUGEF. JPC SOLUTIONS S.R.L. is registered with SUGEF solely for purposes of supervision regarding anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, in accordance with Law 7786.
